Especially the ending, cuz it implies Nicholas suicide. Whether that be literal or Metaphorically, Nicholas gives up. (I also just want to clarify theres not solid proof but i doubt Noel auctually showed up.)This would be just a basic sad story if the author did just that but NO. They gave their character hope and crushed it. Just when Nicholas was about to believe it dwindled away just as fast. It just sucks man, cuz in these type or stories I always felt like the Mc could do so many things to live a better life. But for Nicholas, the author made me feel as hopless as he does.
Overall a little freaky, but sadly there's quality here. In story telling atleast. That's all I've said my peace
The story feels incomplete. Like looking at the last chapter, what stopped Noel? Like there's TOO much left unsaid. It could have been an amazing story yet once again an author seems to fail to tell the story correctly and rushes to end it.
Maybe we should check out the physical copy, I bought 2 other works of this author, the physical version has more pages and kind of different/extended ending comparing to the online version.
Although there's alot of the story hits hard.
