Yes well i understand it between the hyung of dojin and heesoo bc he is a Beta Bottom and the Alpha cant get him pregnant because he doesnt have a womb but kyungsoo is a healthy beta who can get an other beta pregnant? So why not Chowon that has a womb. So i thought a male Beta can still get a male Omega Pregnant.

In their timeline, ig only an alpha can get an omega pregnant. I've read other stories where a beta can but it's the author'r discretion if she wants it that way or not.
Only alphas can get omegas pregnant despite of gender while betas is just like any other human here in our world.
