I think in his case it's also coz he let out his feelings here and probably feels different and light. Sometime losing some stress that you have been holding in your mind and body for a long long time leads to feeling dizzy and fever. But it gets better after that.
When I was a kid I got a fever because I was too excited for a family trip lmao. Not germs, no rains, just emotion too overwhelming for me. It's still a joke between us.

Before it's hard for me to get sick but starting this year or last ilyear i guess...im getting sick easily, sick even got wet with the rain. I tried to avoid rain and sick people around me or else I'll get their sickness instead. Sigh. Life is hard
Lmao tbh yea it is overrated like getting colds just by little rain lol, but in this case I can let this pass coz Suyeon's stress caused his immune system to be weak so just that rain caused his fever to spike so high
