It should be Inés Escalante de Perez instead of Inés Valeztena de Perez. Tappytoon made an error with the name although the Korean version had the correct name.

Perez is Valeztena family domain. Esposa is Escalante family domain. Ortega is Oscar or the imperial family domain. So Ines Escalante de Perez means Ines Escalante of Perez domain. Only high noble women like Ines and Cayetena retain the name of their original family in their names.

This is extra but related: I'm not sure why they named her Ines Escalante de Perez. In the Spanish speaking world married women's names have the form of
[Name] [Middle Name] [Paternal Last Name] [Maternal Last Name] de [Husband's Paternal Last Name]
If we were to drop her maternal last name and ignore the middle name, her name should be Ines Valeztena de Escalante. I'm guessing they're using some other naming convention. I don't know if what they're using is correct based on the time period but it throws me off
