don't get me wrong I will eat up every regression manhwa out there but this trope is getting so oversaturated. villainess isekai had its heyday, isekai alone became an inside joke, the white lady x brown 'savage' while questionable shot up in mid to early 22's. But this trope survives like a flattened roach half-beaten by a slipper. it's been done before and it won't disappear anytime soon, but the sheer uptick of manhwas covering the same regression trope for the past 5 years...is interesting. it's going to be part of some graduating co-ed's dissertation in say 10 years. and all our squabbles in the comments will be scraped from the wayback machine and slapped on an analysis video like a relic. I'm calling it.
