True , his behaviour is average teenger person has we all aren't born perfect we make mistakes so as much as I made when I lost my best friend to another person cuz I m not affectionate or caring type person and they end up with other person then I decide to do little bit of caring but it was so late( I used to be like wataru) we sometimes take people around us for granted when it's too late it's just too late we can't do anything but move on. (Now i have male gay best friend) lol

Don't worry she was just not good actually later i get to know, I m happy with my current best friend it gives me new life and new life experiences so wataru is just normal person. People just idolize fictional characters and want them to be perfect but there are flaws in people who get character development

I think he’s perfectly fine lol. I literally don’t see him as a bad person after the other story he just seems so regular like?? Because all I’m seeing is yk his friend liked him & Watarun didn’t really find it a necessity to like confess or anything bc he never thought he’d like someone else and probably bc they’re childhood friends so he never would’ve thought that bond would’ve went anywhere. I probably would’ve thought the same thing they've known each other since we were like 7. Then his friend actually does like someone else, so then he decides to confess all I am seeing this is literally just you realized too late blah blah blah so that seems pretty regular to me and so normal and honestly not that big of a deal but hey that’s just me
