For now, none. Actually, none of them is better than the other. Rose uses manipulation and threats to get what she wants and Anna lacks optimisation and plays the naive card.
Rose wants lily as her lover but unfortunately she uses silly tricks to get her and Anna really loves Lily and wants to protect and take care of her but she is running away exactly when Lily needs her love.
Those points doesn’t help me to choose who is better for Lily, I’m still observing. What about you ?
OMG GOOD INTAKE I DIDNT EVEN THINK LIKE THAT. Honestly, i’m team anna but something about rose reminds me of Hyera . I honestly don’t like lilly at all, very easy to manipulate.
I do agree with about anna thought like idk why she runs away when lilly needed her to most.

Well, about Lilly I won’t honestly throw shades on her you know . She literally pisses off most readers but if we take a look on her very well , we can understand her a little. She grew up with a family who didn’t taught and gave her love and attention , plus she was « Gate house kid» , kept in a mansion from the world , so she can’t really know how to judge people and their intentions. More again , she didn’t have a social life, the way the story line of the comic portrays her , it’s like Anna who is her maid was also her only friend. So all these points lacking is the reason of why she is like that, let’s say she is naive but it’s not her fault , she is still discovering the world and even the topic « Love » she doesn’t master it very well ; I mean she said she loves the Duchess but it’s not actually love , it’s just attachment bcz the duchess is making her discover a world she is curious about and what she would have wanted to discover with Anna.
About Anna, tho I don’t excuse her attitude but I can understand her and fit in her shoes ; things are not prolly easy for her since she is a maid and she lacks self confidence of that , not to forget her childhood trauma about physical relationship and sexuality . I’m sure at the moment she will heal from those complexities, she make moves to Lilly.
To conclude , my humble POV is that it’s too early to judge , take conclusion and stand or hate any of the characters . We need to see more on the story development before giving objective opinions (and yea I’m excited too for the new chapter ε=ε=(ノ≧∇≦)ノ )
