Here’s my two cents on this and why I think MC chose ML again and why I think she made the safest (not necessarily right) choice for her.
Simply put, she already saw the worst of the guy in her previous life. She already knew him like the back of her hand. She knew him at his best and at his worst, and this time (2nd life) she wanted to see what a good life with him would look like, because honestly, it couldn’t get any worse than before
Now, if she chose the other guys, yes they seem to be good options. But who’s to say they won’t end up like the ML in her first life? She didn’t have the chance to know them in a previous life like the ML. What if she chooses one and eventually he ends up like the trashy ML or even worse? She couldn’t take the risk, especially since she’s not sure if she’s going to be reincarnated again. So, for her, here’s the ML whom she’s loved all her life, who’s done inhuman, despicable things to her and later discovers why he did those things, then given a chance to change the future, the that girl decided to get the kind of future she wanted. The life she wanted but didnt get in her previous life. He was her safest bet. If this 2nd life is her last, instead of choosing a new but uncertain future, she chose to re-do the previous one in the hopes of making it a better one this time.
