I thought they were half siblings too. He was following her because he found out she was his fathers love child is what I thought, I don’t think she knows anyways.
They’re not half siblings. She sees his dad and realizes it’s not the same man as a man in a picture with her mother, who is probably her real dad. Not sure if Eunhyuk knows they’re not siblings though.
