I agree, I don't think people understand how hard it is to stand up against people who wronged you for ur whole life, forcing you to the point of almost committing. Although certain people have different tolerance, I'm so proud of her for eventually facing her fears and standing up !
Exactly, considering the amount of chapters there are, she did it in a small few chapters. Most likely there will be setbacks given how quick she grew a backbone in a short amount of chapters as it comes with the territory of being abused, oppressed, and a severe amount of C-PTSD.
She was facing her abusers. The people who betrayed her trust, treated her literally like dirt and isolated her from EVERYONE.
Freezing is sooooo understandable and to be honest very realistic.
That she's made so my progress these latest chapters is something to be applauded. Cos it is not easy, even with therapy, meds and support
