Heard he will become an emperor (?) to his country (forgot what its called) and since he's gonna become an emperor, him and the ML can only meet once every year or years. They still love each other but since the MC is the emperor its not possible, so i think he also made some people(?) or only one person pregnant in order to continue the bloodline.
