Chaining her son in his and forcing him to marry someone who slit his throat is reasonable?! Genuine question what’s unreasonable to you?

Just cause they sit and talk with u in a calm manner doesn't make them reasonable just capable of manipulation
Listen this does sound kinda crazy now that I think about it but you know, she’s willing to do things for the sake of her child, a lot of other ones use their children for themselves. Here we can see that the queen is planing to retire soon and roughly share all of the secrets in the place, she allows him to do the things he loves as long as it doesn’t get in the way. IMO these are some redeeming qualities don’t get me wrong tho the marriage thing is still really messed up

I honestly doubt she'd be willing to marry off her son. The marriage probably *was* just a ruse.
