Yutaka initially thought it was his big brother's hand, so I just assumed that his big brother was always discreetly taking care of him before. he even immediately thought it may be his big brother's hand so I think it's safe to think his big brother was always doing that whenever he got sick before.
Oh yeah I was confused too by this scene, i thought it was the ml hand
So it is safe to assume that his brother was secretly worrying for him when they were young in the that one panel?
I really hate his brother but for such a beautiful manga, I don't want it to be ruined due to my annoyance towards a horrible character.
