it was a yaoi manga with an established couple. An ex-boyfriend showed up and set up the uke to be raped by him, and 2(3?) others. He seemed surprisingly calm about it, and raised a fuss until they let him shower first. Thanks to the delay, of course, the seme showed up and saved the day.
The two lines I remember beyond that were the ex saying "he has a thing about cleanliness" and the uke thinking "It's not a big deal, it's just adding 3 more names to the list of people I've slept with" in an attempt to not freak out. There was also some sub plot about a father and an inheritence or something.
