But didn't the white haired one was obsessed with Laila? Did i understood it wrongly? Am i wrong?
Why do i think that if they succeed in their plan he will want to take Laila as the duchess and not the red haired one?

That may be a little late but he is not obsessed with Laila. He just think of her as a sexual object.He is like a guy in the street that will sexual assault you. You can't call that obsession
