At first it felt like polarity, but then polarity had more of an impending disaster that keeps looming over them but kaiju seems put together and aware of the future from the way they've been preparing and honing their skills and counter-attacks to perfections. It puts me in relief that they'll come out victorious, a few sacrifices but still victorious.

I still cant put a finger on it, I felt like I've read something similar to this

The entire time I was reading this, I has the same feeling for when I was reading Claymore. Just how they introduced or immobilized stronger and stronger fighters one by one, how even after crazy battles, even stronger and more insane enemies showed up, how they’re named and ranked using numbers, I also felt the same hopeless and gloomy feeling I had like in Claymore, and I’m loving absolutely everything and I kept getting goosebumps! I can’t wait to check out this Polarity you mentioned.

I'll check out claymore too, though as i kept reading, polarity is way off. You just feel dread from the way the kids are forced to take on burden by the adults. I haven't read it in a while but it still lingers. World trigger is also kind of similar to kaiju no. 8 if you haven't check it out

Dang Polarity sounds kinda heavy, but I’m still interested lmao. And thanks, I’ll check out your other recommendation too!
