You're maybe right . Fortune teller's words could be misinterpreted. It could actually mean that Libe should put everything back in its place make Leonie the main lead & also NOT die as oppose to only making leonie succed with duke. She must catch that red haired girl & expose her before dying again but she's failed 19 times
My theory was that : Red haired girl is not the villainess but she's also not the Main lead. So when red head repeats the world 19 times losing male lead duke to Protagonist Leonie, getting libe framed & killed . She's actually trying to kill Leonie (FL) along with all the girls vying for the duke but has been failing very badly. & Is repeating the world 20 times
Before she succeeds the world resets but somehow libe remembers all 19 times of what happened but does not know who is framing her. Red head and her maid also remembered past lives. I think that's the plot . The villainess could be the Maid and red head is just manipulated into being Main FL
2ml & Leonie is anomaly . Cause libe knows Leonie & duke as Main leads but this time she caught attention of the duke first and is carefree so plot deviated a lot from the og novel and that is why Leonie encountered all kinds of badluck. I beleive that Leonie and Duke are the OG leads but it's not over until the red head's maid villainess is exposed so the 20th life is going smoothly...yet
Just a theory, but I feel like there is a twist to this story and the novel. Like how they hint that the red hair lady know about the novel and her maid, and the red hair girl did mention mc and the ogfl(mc friend), so I think she did sth to mc and ogfl but sth probably went wrong along the way. I also feel like she and the maid are the one behind on flaming mc and got her kill 19th time. And the maid seem to be the master mind since she seen to know more than that red hair girl about what happened in the novel.
And then they also hint a part were ogfl was looking at the 2ml, so I think the one she truly like is the 2ml, and not the ml.
Another hint I get, is when ogfl said something about ml trying to do sth like protecting or sth, when mc was in jail or I probably misread that.
Then there is the fortune teller old lady saying something about putting thing back to they way it is, and I think mc probably misinterpret the meaning since she died 19th time and only know a part of the novel at the part when the girl villains died.
A theory I got is the red hair girl is the villains, while the girl mc possess is probably a friend of ogfl. Since the maid like her the red hair girl lady a lot, she probably did something to the novel which got mc involved and got the story mix by changing the settings to mc as the villains. And I think in the original novel ogfl is supposed to end up with 2ml, and while the mc body she possess in up with ml. Idk, it is just a guess and theory.
