Not sure if you've read The Promise. The ML uses logic to make sense of every situation. He's not like a sociopath like Eun Chan, but they're similar in that he also lacks emotions.
My personal recommendation is Form of Sympathy. The seme (Yuri) has mental issues, but I'm not sure if it's a form of psychopathy. His personality is terrible (this is an understatement), but he becomes in love (obsessively so) towards the uke later on.
