The character development is right there. She moved on from those revenge bullshit. She already finished her revenge and then she acknowledged that she was mental and she needed to distance herself from her bf and she did. That's character development

Unfortunately the character developiment was that
Am I the only one who is a little unsatisfied...? I mean... can she get more of a character development...? (Not hating but... I miss her "revenge" self from earlier in the series.. it was keeping it interesting, and unlike these other average "love" stories)
