In the chapter that precedes it, we see Jin sleeping with Mathew and then Jin somehow blinks and sees Brandon (and I think he calls out his name while he's having sex with Mathew)
So everyone got mad and confused at Jin's reaction
In the next chapter we see Mathew still having sex with Jin but by the end of the chapter we see Jin grab Mathew's hair and arm since he was trying to drug him with syringe .
Throughout the chapter it seems like Jin is still high but seems to be slowly getting his senses back as the chapter ends.
So I'm thinking that that short moment where he sad Brandon topping him was not a hallucination, I think that him sleeping with Mathew was the actual hallucination, and that Brandon probably drugged and raped him. Since the dream drug makes you see what you want to see, I'm assuming it might have made Jin see Mathew instead of Brandon, and Brandon probably kept on drugging him to keep on having sex with him.
I could be way off, maybe he really slept with Mathew and then someone came into the studio and tried to inject him with meds or something.
But I doubt it, I think it might be something else.
I can see that but the part I'm confused about is when Jin saw Brandon, he looked a lot younger than he does now.

I go with the really wild assumption that almost everything we saw this season was not real - not that it’s the most realistic outcome but my imagination is running wild RN

I think that Jin was right, that really was the old man (Brandon) but he got drugged into thinking he was with Mathew.
That last panel was wild
