People hating on this doesn't equate to double standards on other applicable mangas, not everyone likes the other mangas anyway but bc it was already well established, it tends to have a higher rating, and this situation itself is already different from other mangas with age gap imo. The savior complex and morale superiority from the ml is palpable in the air, that's why I don't like it

Ah read that one years ago. Hated it, a lot of past shoujos are really bad when read again but this one I just don't like straight up, ik lots of people who don't like it as well, the lot's basic and the execution is just bad imo, ofc I won't hate on others who liked it or it's counterparts, but I'm just saying, not all of shoujos readers fucks with it and I think that's hella valid

I get the hate on the age gap but we must all remember the ever so popular Tsubaki-chou Lonely Planet. The age gap in there is too big than this and the girl is also like 16 as well.
