And? Understanding a character's motivation to be trash, doesn't change the fact that he is behaving horribly towards another human being. So yes, you can hate the character, no matter his back story (which btw doesn't excuse his abuse). The fact that he's a realistically horrible character makes me hate him even more. The fl deserves better, period.

If you look at it closely, you can’t fully hate the characters, specifically the ML if you take into account that this shit was arranged, the fucking old school father being shitty as fuck; hopefully he dies by a needle injection or a car crash, and of course, ML’s dislike for mc’s father which takes another form of abusive behavior towards her, and this mf has a huge ass sex drive while MC over here suffering from depression due to her father’s illegal behavior (here in America we SUPPORT freedom. - I lied, these mfs cannot be proper with their system.) This toxic relationship with the husband not being understanding and just wants play time/assault; (JAIL) because his horny bitch ass wants to release stress while mc can’t initiate or be happy with it because she’s NOT feeling well being locked up and having to wait for a call, which should’ve been a call from the hospital saying that her father’s dead and this ML got fucked up in a car crash. Character is flawed but who said everyone is perfect, this typa shit I’ve already seen irl
