Hello everyone, I'm sure some of you might have seen the announcement, but I still have a few things to classify:
Firstly, I acknowledge all mini, panda and koori's effort and work. So I am deeply saddened of their depart, and I wish them good luck on the rest of their scanlation jounrey.
But, I have not permit them to post an advertisement of their own server. I would have allowed them for the announcement of their leave, but advertisment is strictly against the rules, thus the announcement deleted.
Secondly, I have not acknowledged them to take most of the series (as well as deleting those channels). So the channels will be restored and the series will be continued. As they were also working under this server, cosmic cats, and their work representing it as well. If they post chapters of those series under another group, then that would be considered **sniping**, which is not allowed in scanlation.
Third, I have trusted mini, panda and koori with the roles that they had, as well as giving them permissions as a token of my recognition of their hard work. I have given them respect as a friend and also a moderator and staff under this server. Unfortunately, they have betrayed my trust, and used their permissions that I gave to delete all the hard work that the staff has been working on in the folders, which is absolutely not acceptable, as this matter was also, not priorly discussed. Koori and panda have also deleted their messages and contributions (these are the information of the guides and links that we provide when there is an application) meaning that they would like non of their work to stay in the server, thus very heartbreaking to me.<a:cry:983019907291684874>
Lastly, I want to emphasize that they have tried **taking over the server**, and saying that I was **selfish** in keeping the server. They also stated I held no recognition of all the work they have done. But please understand where I am coming from. From your perspective, I may not seem like a dutiful owner, resulting in many thinking that this was a "mod controlled server". But I just didn't understand as this situation just seemed like "a staff just woke up one day and wants to overtake the owner of a company just because they've worked more." Truth is I did want to get control back, I have wanted them to have less on their shoulders, but with timezone issues, I always don't get pinged for big decisions, because I am fast asleep. As I also felt intentionally left out and treated coldly.
This also applies to now, as they have previously told me that they will not cross the boundaries anymore and extending help to me when I have any questions in a private channel. So then we continued on, as I tried to understand more of the commands that they were doing and work that they have done (such as more time on the applicants, concerns in the server and violation of the rules). When the announcement was posted, I was asleep, and at the same time, a message in the same channel was sent saying that they'd rather take most of the series away and make their own group. As they left right after with most things deleted. This shows that they did not need my opinion and just went with what they did. I have trusted and respected them and I am very saddened how everything has come to such.
Therefore I will be continuing the series, and I do hope that you, readers can also continue to support us. Thank you for coming and still staying in this server, as I hope that you can still look forward to future chapters!
From what I was told, this announcement, and everything that transpired, occurred after the owner through a pretty unprofessional tantrum.
Also help??? This is funny to me bc y’all it shouldn’t that serious they’re scanlating which isn’t legal in the first place. Making it seem like it’s some big company scandal XD. I’m just grateful we have scanlations at ALL.
All the announcements that the owner made were after the others had already tried to deal with it through negotiations and after not receiving a proper settlement about the entire situation, they decided it was enough and removed all the work that they put into the server. They already had made previous announcements about everything but the owner had deleted everything in order to put themselves in the victim position. Also anyone who spoke out about it was banned and muted so… tell me who’s in the wrong now.

They... Deleted the post the new scans made, i literally dont have thier side? Also, i cant even if i had their old announcement posts cuz that wouldnt be sharing the proper truth since im sure theres a lot of stuff behind the scenes and in dms, NOBODY except them know whats going on, and it wouldn't make sense to form any type of conclusion based on anything publically. Someone asked if there was beef, my comment explained the beef that happened, someone took away their work from the scans google drive or smth. Scan drama is more than js whats posted in public chat. (⌒▽⌒). Id suggest to everyone whos not involved with the scan directly to not pick a side and js continue reading, i dont think either side necessarily wants the other side to not do well, and.... It rlly isnt a deep issue for readers ^^;
I’ll agree it’s not a deep readers and no one has to get involved, but I still relay the fact that writing out that one side did this more than the other isn’t sharing much but one side. Receipts have been shared to balance out the things the owner has said against the bingsoo group and I myself have read them. But I digress. No one has to pick a side and are free to keep it that way and enjoy the rest of the manhwa.

Ik it isnt sharing much, but i literally cant share other information since it was deleted. It is the most publically available information that can be obtained. No one, i doubt even all the cosmic cat scans staff know what exactly isnt going on.
This comment of mine might get me cancelled but don't you think the scans are being a little overdramatic?
