It's the illustrator yeah. Only reason I still have some faith---the author is the one adapting the story and doing the storyboards.

People thinking that this is "just tax evasion", you all do understand that most mangakas that were caught with tax evasion had to cancel their mangas, right? This is sort of a big deal in Japan.
