Heyo, I remember reading this manga maybe like 5 years ago. It's like maybe a psychological thriller with some gore in it but really focused on a war theme. There was some biohazard released by one country but then it was revealed at the end that it was actually a nuclear thingy. I think it might also have a sequel.
