there is no actual romance in this. He doesn't pick/stay with anyone in the end so really it's an action series through and through. If you think about the romance parts next to the action it's like 1%. The "romance" doesn't happen till the extra chapters and even those are "what ifs" and not canon, per se.
Why can't action/adventure mangas just stick to that. I'm fine with some fun bromance, great friendship and the tiniest moments of romance. But this is like full on throwing it in my face with full chapters dedicated to it. And I can already sense the harem or the fight between the girls coming. And someone in the spoilers gave spoilers that made me want to flip a table (╯°Д °)╯╧╧ why does the author need to do us dirty like this???
