I asked for angst not heavy gore. I love Eleceed and my original comment was out of pocket, but you can’t lie and say it’s not repetitive, new top 100 ranker comes, Jiwoos life at risk, someone comes in to save him, he trains to get stronger, repeat. Obviously Jiwoo is incredibly strong for his age but like all action protagonist he needs something to push him to the edge but not completely destroy his character, something like a loved one getting injured or hurt which is often portrayed in such manhwa’s. The last time something like this almost happened was when his mom got kidnapped but we’ve never seen Jiwoo go batshit crazy. I love Jiwoo but he NEEDS to have that basic shounen moment where he becomes OP it would be amazing and even if he doesn’t I’m still reading this webtoon since it’s that good with just fluff and action.
