For old yaoi , it should have end as atsuya back to nakura but I can sense it took healthy turn when atsuya end up with other seme most wouldn't like it but it's actually healthy for guy who got cheated on and not cared by his shitty ex.
I love atsuya character i thought he is was going to end up with piece of shit nakura i m happy there is another seme for him who is kind , caring and doctor with no cheating character, if I was teenager i would have liked pairing of kid and nakura but now I feel this pairing looks so disgusting and forced to me other pairing didn't made any sense to me so I only like main one , nakura is really bad guy but there is no need to put up with a like that it's best atsuya did left him , this is good read actually it's going very unpredictable. Main couple are cutest.
