Not really. He responded to it bcs he's mentally unstable/weak due to his trauma taking a toll on him (by seeing the deaths of his friends). Hence, the reason why his brain responded by creating a new persona. We never really saw what Uzuki was really capable of doing but we can assume that he's at least a little behind Sakamoto when it comes to strength.
There are also theories that Uzuki might even have 4 split personalities (excluding his new persona, T), considering how the janitor/database gave an anecdote on how he acts differently to how he normally does when he was still a student at JCC (Asame's grandpa might be referring to Akao as his persona in this case though, however there are also claims from Kashima (?) or his deer-headed peer and the rest of Sakamoto gang that there is some other personlity in which we can assume as X (which i think differs from Uzuki himself as the og host of his body and Akao, the persona he created from his memories of Rion). I could be wrong though.
Whelp my reply was very confusing. Sorry abt that. What i'm trying to say is that:
Slur/X might not just simply the name he gave to himself, but another persona that his brain has created.
Uzuki, as the og host (or the real him), might also be a different persona or is seperate from Slur/X, although this may be very unlikely.
Akao Rion, on the other hand was theorized by Sakamoto gang as a result of his split personality disorder due to (possibly) guilt bcs of Akao's death <and her leaving a great impression on Uzuki and in return his brain, creating a persona based on his memories of her>.
There might also be another persona that is not yet known, however this is also very unlikely (but who knows).
Lastly, T (forgot his name) or that granpa freak that they call him as, due to the traumatic event in these latest chap (his friends dying) his brain was yet again forced to create another personality.
really thank you so much for your explanation and actually your answered “ We never really saw what Uzuki was really capable of doing but we can assume that he's at least a little behind Sakamoto when it comes to strength. ” is what i was about to said at first comment. i meant his strength must be strong enough to be able to replica other’s combat style. and you explained it well, i understand it thank you :D
so that means uzuki is so strong he can replica takamura..?
