Why are people calling this rape? The first time was purely on instinct on both of their parts. Neither of the MCs were in the right sense of mind. It wasn't like one of them were in sense and forced it on the other person. It would have 100% been rape if one of them were in sense and explicitly pushed away the other person. It feels weirdly sexist when people rationalize an omega giving into his instincts to sleep with someone due to heat, but when it's an alpha, it's automatically considered rape.
Also, I really don't get people complaining about beta turning omega when it's very clear from the FIRST chapter. It wasn't like people were made to read 5 chapters for the beta to turn into an omega. People weren't really deceived to read about a beta x alpha story for it turn into alpha x omega later on. It's literally half of the premise of this story.
