It is obviously Chinese, the original name gives it away..
It's Korean. There's Korean in the manhwa everywhere.
Actually, nvm my previous comment. It's done by a Korean artist, they kept the Chinese names for the sake of using the names in the original novel I believe. They explained it in the first couple chapters somewhere.
