I can only assume OG villain died, MC took her place via isekai, OG villain wasn't actually a villain, she had to do these daily/weekly tasks or suffer usually physical consequences. This is now on MC which is why she keeps getting her ass beat. Her brother actually loved her, but he couldn't love the person she had become, so when she switched back to not being a villain by following the quests his heart warmed up to her. Blonde Prince type dude straight up doesn't like her because of previous villainy, unsure if OG FL is just a Mary Sue or whether she knows something, but she's embraced MC wholeheartedly. White and black haired knights seem to have their own systems they have to follow that have consequences (At least black hair does, white hair seems to be able to see/recognise the system). I don't think anything else has been explained
