It's because the same people that wrote those previous comments are not the same people writing these supportive comments. Anger is one hell of a motivator so you'll see more hate comments compared to the people who just are quietly are enjoying it.
I'm one of the quietly enjoying read the story and reading comments. I read it for free, so I have no right to complain.
I love the comments supporting the author. I just think it’s funny that people switch up. Literally a chapter ago the comments were full of hate for the story (which frustrates me) but I’m glad to see the support! Maybe the haters realized they shouldn’t hate lol idk
