http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/kimi_ni_todoke/ (MC is a strong character in her own way and even when others fear her she never once thought poorly of them, but a lot of the time misunderstandings were what scared everyone and its such a good read)

http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/hajimete_no_aku/ (MC is family with 'evil organization' and she's cousins with an 'evil' genius, a great story and comedy that is quiet moving ^^)

http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/kanata_kara/ ( a favorite of mine. its a great adventure romance story that stole my heart, and she has a family that we don't she, we learn how she adapts to her new environment and she stays strong in her own way even when faced with danger. she seems weak but when you read further her strong points come into light and I just love it)
