The sister who was bullied left but then after a few chapters, she came back but better
But it turns out, that was all just her split personalities that she imagined. Like that could possibly be a turn to this chapter.
Or, Bora and Sena have a deeper relationship as Sena seems uncomfortable sometimes around Bora. And Bora genuinely is crazy but I hope she still gets along with the guy and doesn't kill him.
