Not really, what happened was that he talked to them to give them time to come to terms with it while he was away, but there should have been some awkwardness when he came back, but nothing, its like nothing ever happened and everything is fine, it's just weird, it's like I they are making some weird decisions in the adaptation of the novel, I understand they can't put everything in, but what they are deciding to not include or what how they are deciding to adapt the novel isn't as good as before... It's like the story has lost what made it so special, this was one of the best adaptations I've ever seen, so this is very sad...
I felt the same way with Solo leveling But with TBATE, I didn't read the novel first and the adaptation is my first experience with it so I didn't notice anything wrong with how they immediately came to terms with Arthur not being their son. I just assumed they had come to terms with it in the 2 years they were apart. It must be much more difficult to process for people who've read the novel since so much of the emotional development regarding their relationship must have been pushed aside so the story could progress faster.
Someone help me!!!
The mash I remember was that his parents were mad that he wasn’t really their child or something??? Now they can talk comfortably???
