after brushing, you must wait TWO hours in order to give head of any kind. that includes bj, rimming, cat eating, and so on. when brushing, there’s a high chance of cutting the inside of your mouth with toothbrush bristles, mainly on the gums. this could cause the receiver or giver to contract unwanted bacteria or infection, but this is mainly a risk for the receiver. two hours is enough time for those cuts to be okay (mouth is biggest open, “wound” it heals fast)
