His blood will recover as long as they take breaks in-between blood sucking but tbh in some vampire fiction they just ignore the blood loss aspect
blood doesnt regenerate/replenish itself fast enough for everyday extraction even donating blood takes months in-between before you're eligible to donate again i wish most vampire authors take this into account for human characters
The volume refills in 24 hours, but the actual cells take 8 weeks
Though I dont think most vampire authors do blood drinking everyday? Who knows
