I thought it was supposed to be clear liquids that were just reflecting the color of the skin.
The liquid in the story is transparent. They ain't using white like other manwhas, it's only red/pink because that's the color of their skin.

First of all the sex scene are really hot but why the use of a kinda red/pink color for fluids ? Because it look like blood and it look like they just took someone virginity or hurt themselves...
Second, yeah redhead sex scenes were hot in the last chapter but he's still a bully and he still forced MC to suck him multiple time
