Im not sure but I think its because they killed their children with their own hands and to avoid responsibility they made it look like they are leaving it in isis's custody to escape their guilt
He got mad because the man was blaming the women for killing their babies, when it was obvious HE was the one who had driven those women to that point: most women only make the crazy decision that for their kids death is better than living a hellish life, only because OTHERS are making them live a more and more hellish life. Slave women driven to an extreme corner would sometimes snap like that, because they wanted to spare their children the cruelty that they themselves were already getting subjected to.
