Probably because the lack of communication, they both have feelings for each other. There's just a misunderstanding that could very possibly be resolved by a single conversation.
Yeah. Which is a basic trope so many other stories go with. That's fine. But the way it's written here is not the best. The flow of this whole thing is just not good. I normally like that trope and I enjoy it when they figure it out. But in this one I'm just getting annoyed rather than being able to enjoy it.
I'm normally the type to be patient but maybe it's how it is expressed and written. I can't with this. Like genuinely normally I like the chase but when it isn't written so well it's hard to read. (MY opinion) I really am forcing myself because I want to see the outcome but nothing truly is happening. I want them to get their shit together and either talk or get to a certain lol of at least starting to or just simply get a reality check and separate. Ik he is the one chasing her, I understand but Jesus. Idk why I'm having beef with both of them
