this one, ( https://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/brutal_satsujin_kansatsukan_no_kokuhaku/ ) where the mc is a detective but is secretly a serial killer that kills criminals/bad people. the plot is original, the storyline is great and the way mc kills and tortures his victims really got to me ! it's one of the first few horrors i've read, and imo it's still on top (+ mc is hot)

I'd recommend to read one of junji ito's works (like Gyo, Uzumaki or lovesick) he's very famous so maybe you already have read some of his mangas before
