Idk, I never got an answer for this. But now that the upload button is back, you dont need to worry about sending a request.
Just upload directly by clicking the button on the title page.
As for adding a new manga, I think you still need to send a request. Not entirely sure how that works, unfortunately
Question regarding format for uploading chapters- What would be the correct format to send in the upload request?
1: Chapter Title Link to Chapter
or
1 Chapter Title: Link to Chapter
Or does it pull the chapter title from the name of the linked gallery?
