Right, with a lot of people watching too but I think what they want to say is the engagement is not officially public. If they annouced it the people will start to officially recognised that they're engage and they will try to form a connection with her.
Okay I guess that makes sense, maybe people will think that they want to be engaged, but aren't officially. It's just a weird plot point to make after telling the Prince to his face in front of people that they were engaged and then make a deal that they can't tell him afterward. it almost makes the story seem like it s only planned from chapter to chapter. I think the stories alright, but it might turn people off from it.
That's also my reaction. Declaring to the CP face to face that they're engage then later on they want to keep it a secret to him, makes me confused. I want to say they're dumb or just the author makes a mistake about this.
Som people will definitely will turn off by this and some will let it off. In my case, I just let it off. I'm just reading for the sake of having something to read so I don't care much.
Didn't they already tell the first prince that they were engaged.....is the first prince so stupid that he would forget? Am I missing something?
