I don't think Minwoo showed up in the end of S2 you might be referring to ch.54.5 when paskim was revealing what Minwoo was doing in the present
And I don't believe Dongsik has actually stolen from Skylar. Otherwise Skylar would have reacted to it, but it was hinted that Cirrus stopped to him by giving him money and told him to stay away from Skylar. Since Cirrus literally tried to isolate Skylar so he could get with him. Although it hasn't been revealed what actually happened. I believe s3 will reveal what happened. Since Dongsik really hates Cirrus and actively trying to damage his reputation. We just have to be patient with the updates ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~
