Taien sent him away ( he basically forced him to leave ) with the other order and asked them not to tell any of the guys from team one of his whereabout. But, apparently shinjee was desperate to find him, he was in love with yugeon, so he looked for him untill he found him and decided " to devote the rest of his life " for yugeon
