he didn't actually mean it he said it out of anger cause cirrus was the one who first started throwing these accusations at him. skylar unfortunately has this habit of saying hurtful things to someone even tho he doesn't actually mean them (happened to his mom and chan-il before)

But he didn’t address what he’s said later on and didn’t deny it. So Cirrus pretty much might still think that he’s a second choice
idk it's pretty messed up that Skylar is only dating Cirrus because he can't have Chanil. imagine how shitty that would feel if someone said that to you.
