The comments are just make-belief. Sure, you'll get some girls posting how cute you are, but over 90% of the comments would be from perverts asking/telling about how they would do who-knows-what to her. Commenting about her tiddies, crotch, ass, etc.. Wholesome comments under even just the first picture we saw of her taking of herself after waking up is nonsensical at best. If the author thinks this is realistic, they need to stop drawing and use the internet for even just a week.
This can't even be written off as a young author just not knowing wtf they are doing, being naive and whatnot. The writing, art and panel layout clearly shows this was done by someone capable of doing more than just r/im14andthisisdeep users. And while I do NOT want to accuse and speculate on this level, this almost smells like someone trying to convince readers (young ones, or naive half-adults) that this stuff is indeed wholesome and they should give it a try.

Agree with you so much, I feel like since the manga is a shounen (younger boy) it more plays in the fantasy that girls love to be sexualize which it really isn’t.
