Where exactly did she treat him like a slave??? Did I miss something? I've read until 32 and I can tell that never happened. And about the banquet I do agree that wasn't very smart but it also wasn't without reason. She wanted him to have a higher status so she announced him as a sponsored talent under her. About his personality, it was already like that wdym zapped by FL girl make it make sense. And just because he didn't have revenge doesn't mean he won't in the future. ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
pisses me off, her whole plan is backwards... like you can "buy" him and such and like, I can come up with an idea ab how if it was "bought" him then "released" him, the nobles would just find him again and force him into servitude again so you can't do that, but bro, why is she just telling him "yeah im a slave owner, and youre my slave" "yeah lets go to a party with all of your previous masters" like... WHAT??? literally no fucking critical thinking happening. just tell him "i bought you bc this was pitiful, i dont actually want to own you, but I fear if I break our contract, you will just be tortured again, you can do anything you want while youre a guest in this house" LIKE WHY IS SHE ACTUALLY TREATING HIM LIKE A SLAVE???
