Is this a heart breaking manga?

I marinated it for a long time bc of the tragedy tag :')

The tragedy is revealed in literally the first chapter (and summary). With that being said, I still cried. The story’s horror factor is based on grief, loss, and the inability to move on. It’s really beautifully done and worth it imo
